Highland High School Band Trip

Dear High School Band Parents and Students,
As promised here is more information on our upcoming trip to Florida. I have given you as much information as I can at this point and I will have more specific information as the process unfolds. We are awaiting our performance locations and times. This information may change which park we are in and when. The estimated price is $810. The price of the trip includes:
• 2 day Universal park passes
• 2 day Disney World park passes
• Private night time supervision at the hotel
• Motor coach transportation
• 3 night hotel stay – including breakfast
• All meals but dinner on the way home are included in the cost of the trip.
The trip is scheduled for December 16-21, 2011. For this trip, all payments will be made to the tour company directly. Our tour company is Nowak Tour and Travel. I will send home the trip payment schedule and information home tomorrow. Payments will be mailed to Nowak directly or can be made on their website with a credit card. If students have accrued money in their trip account we will use those funds to pay or decrease the final trip payments. If you have questions please feel free to contact me.
