  Highland Foundation Welcomes Rusty Higgins

The Highland Foundation is pleased to invite Highland parents and community members to enjoy the talents of professional musician Rusty Higgins, who will perform with the Highland 8th Grade Concert Band, the High School Jazz Band and the High School Wind Ensemble at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15 in the high school auditorium.
